CODE OF CONDUCT 1. To strive to promote and improve the image and standards of the Metal Recyclers Association of South Africa. 2. To provide the highest level of service to our customers. 3. To trade in an ethical manner according to accepted business practice. 4. To provide safe and pleasant working conditions for employees. 5. To uphold the concept of free enterprise and service to the community. 6. To act in accordance with current legislation relating to the trading of scrap metal and to promote the protection of the environment. 7. To avoid purchasing or handling materials suspected of having been stolen. 8. To co-operate with and support all persons in an endeavour to stop unlawful practices. 9. To supply all material in accordance with accepted international standards. 10. To gain respect for the industry at all levels—local and international

To avoid purchasing or handling materials suspected of having been stolen. 8. To co-operate with and support all persons in an endeavour to stop unlawful practices. 9. To supply all raw material in accordance with accepted international quality standards. 10. To act in a manner which is not detrimental to the interests of the MRA. |
